Reviewed a property at 51 Werrina Parade, Blue Bay today only to find out that agent provided misleading and false information on the advertisement - at the inspection, it appeared that they covered up damaged floorboards with rendered furniture and did not present the worst looking rooms. They also included an aerial picture of property, highlighting whole lot with granny flat and backyard, while in reality neither granny flat nor backyard were included in the lease. All, I believe, is to create hype and attract more people to the inspection. Unlawful and disrespectful cheap tricks. Will be reporting them to Fair Trade. Inspection was a total waste of time.Property owners and landlords, please strive away from this agency because they will clearly not have your best interests.Tenants, take care if you have to use them, but at least now you know who you're dealing with and what to expect..
