Have been coming to Luke for years now for a range of different injuries and he never disappoints. Would highly recommend.

100% recommend Luke and the Continuum team. I have seen Luke for treatment on two different injuries. First a rotator cuff injury which meant I couldn’t complete a push up successfully. After 4-6 months of rehab, I returned to full strength and back to completing full push-ups. Now with an Achilles injury, Luke is treating with rehab exercises, hands on treatment and a referral to a specialist. So far, after 2 months, I have observed reduced pain and on my way back to running and jumping exercises. Luke genuinely shows interest and gets to know each clients lives outside of just Physio. And I love my little chats with Monique at reception every week who is always smiling and welcoming! Continuum is my go to for any Physio needs.

Luke is an excellent physio, we having been going weekly for most of this year. Great knowledge and great weekly advice on exercises and return to play routine and an all round great guy. He’s very understanding and super reliable. Helped me get back to 100% from my ankle injury and was very committed. Great to have a chat to too!
