Always have a positive experience here! Today I had Anthony give me a cut. The cut was fantastic but his service was even better, I love having a yarn to pass the time and he knew when to engage and when to provide advice for styling in future. Overall it was a great experience, if you need a cut, ask for Anthony!

Requested a certain hair cut, barber took it upon himself to do something entirely different and told me that it's better for my hair after he'd finished. If I wanted him to decide how to cut my hair I would've asked him. Unless you're after something very simple or a lucky dip haircut don't go here.

Came in with a terrible haircut given by a different barber. I was in regent need of a fix up. Tabea came to the rescue with amazing customer service, it is very clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. Thank so much you Tabea.

I would give more stars if I could. It’s an excellent place to get a haircut for adults and kids. The TV in the mirror is excellent it makes the haircut go quickly and the hot towel at the end is awesome, you walkout feeling refreshed, and the added bonus is you get offered a drink to take with you. I have to give special mention to Tabea. I took my 4 year old in to get a haircut and she was patient with him, made the haircut fun and she worked around him while he watched a cartoon on the TV in the mirror, and the haircut was quick and turned out awesome. Will definitely go back again.

Location overrules serviceAttended 2nd time on 10 April 2023 and was told at 14:01 the wait would 20 min, but had to wait 57 min. It was also clear that other people were prioritised above me because I wasn't in the system yet"

Hype and clever marketing vibe with music and beer, but don’t be fooled, it seemed like a production line, without skill from what I experienced…or they gave me a dud stylist. Worst haircut ever, and $42.90 later with 5 minutes in the chair, it was rushed through so they could get a another one on their production line. DO NOT DO IT!TG, if you can’t provide a decent cut for $42, don’t. Simple. Train your staff. I’m confident the untrained receptionist or newbie had a go at cutting hair at my expense, as they tried to reduce the backlog of unsuspecting patrons…..like lambs to the hair cutting slaughter. What a joke.

I took my 12-year-old son for a haircut. We had had poor to regular experiences in this place before, except with one guy who cut my son's hair acceptably. He wasn't there today, and the person at reception introduced as to Kenny (new face -they always have new employees, because they pay absolute minimum wages and no one stays long there). Kenny asked how much shorter we wanted my son's hair, I said one centimetre, even showing him what one centimetre meant, on the hair itself. 'Just a bit shorter,' I specified. When my son turned to me and I saw the result, it was appalling. Kenny had cut almost four centimetres out of his hair (under the excuse that it's 'a difficult haircut' -how is a plain bow cut difficult?) and my son looks terrible. We are never coming back, and they will lose my husband's business as well. Always new, young barbers, some of them just arrived in Australia (I've talked to a few of them) trying to make a quick buck on the way to higher-paying jobs. I paid the 32 dollars the awful cut cost (they tried to charge me 39, too), when I shouldn't have. They obviously can only get away with the standard Aussie cut, as most men walked out with it. Very fancy place, definitely making big bucks. Stay away.

Danny fixed me up with a cold fade. Best I’ve had since moving to Australia. HIGHLY recommend. Free beer during the haircut too… can’t complain. Will definitely be seeing me again soon. Cheers Dan.

Ok cut but the barber tutted at me when I asked him to use the cut throat to tidy back of neck. Acted like a diva, and the front desk manager just laughed and thought it was amusing. Rude!

A reasonable barbershop.Comfortable seating.Cool and trendy appearance.The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful.I didn't need to wait long.Inside the centre making parking easy.
