Craig was incredibly helpful in getting out skis fitted. Also hired snow shoes which were great for walking trails. Friendly service and plenty of equipment for hire. Thanks.

This business seemed completely overwhelmed during the morning peak. It took us an hour to get our toboggans. There should be a separate queue for toboggan hire as it is so much faster than hiring skis and boots. I was standing at the toboggan counter for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. Just a simple acknowledgment like “sorry mate we’re really busy, we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a huge difference.Also, why don’t they sell toboggan passes with the toboggans!!?? Or at least let you know you need to buy one and where to buy them.I’m giving 2 stars instead of one because it was a very busy long weekend and I think most of the staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Unfortunately it doesn’t change the fact that as a customer it was a really unpleasant experience.

Great staff and service. Staff went out of their way to find out the ability of the kids getting gear to ensure equipment was set up properly for their skill level. Hire equipment is good quality.

Good staff and professional fitting services. It can be quickly overwhelmed at peak times and with group arrivals. Allow 45 mins. There are a lot of manual steps and paper forms that could be streamlined with some digital upgrades. Otherwise their equipment and services are good.

Rude. Horrible customer service. Forced us to get a lift pass when we didnt even need one.

First hired here as a newb 4 years ago. Got such good advice from friendly staff who didn’t make me feel like a dick for being a novice 35 year old. Been back year after year, always good banter from a team of ppl who love what they do
