I sent flowers on mothers day , I sent conflicting delivery instructions admittedlybut full contact details should there be a problem. The flowers never arrived and not only did they laugh and giggle and blame me entirely , they slammed the phone downwhen I said half a refund was inadequate. Would never recommend this immatureflower gallery , expensive delivery but by an amateur. Owner seems like a 20 yr old in experienced and unqualified to run a business.

Had a great experience with the owner, Melissa, had a slight problem initially with a box of tea missing, after talking with Melissa she went above and beyond to help fix the problem and my little sisters birthday was made!!! thanks a million for making her birthday special

Received the most amazing bouquet from the flower gallery for Mother’s Day. Gorgeous selection of fresh flowers, considering the difficult situation with importing anything into the state due to restrictions. Service excellent as usual, never fails.

Flowers delivered 2 days late. No correspondence from The Flower Gallery as to why. They were really hard to get hold of too. Definitely would not use them again - a lot of wasted time following up where my flowers were when they could have informed me about their progress.
