Then customer service for this company is abysmal. We had to contact them more times than I can can count on two hands and when we finally got through the female who answered the phone gave us the incorrect information and almost cost her company the job of installing our security doors. When they were finally installed the installer left metal shavings everywhere and didn’t even attempt to tidy them up.

Good quality, friendly service and I love their louvres windows. Prices same as elsewhere. Various colour frames offered.Talked with them today, June 2020, they changed policy and deal only with the builders, no longer offer one off window.
