Terrible services. Spray make up made my skin look terrible. And for the price they charge. It is a rip off. I also did my hair there. Worst decision ever. I showed the lady a picture of how i wanted my hair to look. She said yes i can do it. While working she seemed unsure or how to do it. Did not straighten my hair before so it looks smooth and when she finished it looked as if my 5 year old did my hair. I showed her the picture again and told her it is nothing like the picture and not smooth. She tried to redo it and it came also totally different from the picture. By then i was late and unhappy but i still paid her because i don't like drama and i am not a picky customer.

The pricing isn't clear at all. I asked the lady how much it would be to get eyebrows and upper lip threaded, she definitely said $22.95 and charged me $32.95, she was quite difficult to understand though. Didn't follow instructions as to what I wanted done.

Received eyelash extensions from this place and literally the next day they started falling out. Definitely not worth the $100 day by day they fall out in clumps and just was expecting a lot better! Seeing as it was my first time trying extensions.

Worst experience ever. I travelled more than 30 mins to get my eyebrows at this shop as last time I had a good experience. First of all the lady didn't even take 5 mins to do my brows. She had rushed them. I don't understand why as I had booked my appointment in the day before so it's not rushed. Second of all she made the first one too thin. When I questioned her about it she said I had overdrawn my eyebrows and that she only cleaned up the area. Thirdly they don't even look like the same. I have grown my brows for 6 months and today this lady has destroyed them completely. For her to turn around and say that my eyebrows are naturally that size. I'm a beauty therapist myself I'm pretty sure I can tell the difference. The lady that attended to my brows was Navjot. You guys pride yourself on having the best trained technicians. After seeing my results today I doubt that very much. definitely won't be returning.

This place is shocking. I’m a women with quite white pale skin. I went here wanting my brows tinted. The lady suggested DARK BROWN I said no light brown cause obviously that would be way too dark for my skin tone. When she put the colour on it looked black. When she took it off, my eyebrows are almost black. I wanted to cry, and then after I was expected to pay $45 when she did such a careless job!! Not surprised as when I told my friends about this they said the same place had done this to them aswell!!

Very expensive for eyebrow threading ‐ 35AUD, where everywhere else is around 20Aud.Never back in this place

Not satisfied, they made a huge gap between my eyes while threading and also destroyed my shape.. Moreover, they charged me 29.95 dollars.. I mean for what?Inexperienced staff, want to give rating in minus.. -5.

Got my lashes done and because it was my first time I thought it was ok, like in the beginning it looked OK not amazing, I could see it was chunky clusters of lashes and I’ve seen and compared to other lash techs I wish I went to instead, it’s almost half way fallen out… it Sucks because the girl was really really nice but the work wasn’t good and it isn’t lasting :( not worth $100 it’s really gappy and heavy and it’s just falling out in big clusters
