Placed our order at 10:45 after standing and waiting for service for about five minutes and knew that it was busy, however, one of the girls at the counter was engaged in a conversation with people who were just leaving.We then had a seat outside and waited, our coffee order was delivered quickly and we overheard another couple say they’d been waiting for half an hour for their food.We continued to wait for forty minutes before moving inside to an available table and asked about how long the wait for food would be. We then waited for another twenty minutes only to have our order delivered and for one meal be wrong.My partner ate his food and we waited on a refund as we didn’t want to be waiting for another hour for a seperate meal. No apology was offered.The quality of food remains good, as does the coffee which is why I’m saying two stars however the service leaves a lot to be desired.I understand that busy periods mean a longer wait on food however there are ways to mitigate the wrong order being inputed into the system in the first place.Won’t be returning after this kerfuffle.

Definitely will not be dining here again.Ordered chicken and salad sandwich and it was made on Sourdough bread.Did not get asked choice of bread so presumed it would be on nice fresh white bread.To say the least it was horrible.

Came in around 11 today with my sister to get breakfast. We used the app to order. She ordered our food. Eggs Beni, with ham. I ordered our drinks a mocha, iced coffee, and a bottle of water. Mocha was nice, the ice coffee had no ice or ice cream in it, and was also warm and bitter. Our food then came out, with bacon instead of ham on it. Bacon was dry, and half cold. Was kinda disappointed

I bought scrambled eggs on toast and asked for extra egg instead of toast and got next to no scrambled eggs for an exorbitant price. Not worth the money spent. Other places that I have ordered the same thing for gave double the amount served here

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. DO NOT GO HERE IF U EXPECT PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICEwent in yesterday for a delivery pickup, waited 21 minutes to get my food. the staff were rude and when i asked them if my food was ready the staff rolled their eyes at me. turns out the food was ready 15 minutes prior and nobody bothered to tell me. when raising my concerns to the staff members, they were extremely rude and unprofessional.NEVER COMING BACK HERE

Wow really gone down hill.The staff really need to pick up their game.Ordered 2 meals and coffees we got the coffees but no meals paid for them" and when we brought it to their attention they still got it wrong.Don't think we will be back! Sweet potato chips were a bit sad."

The only issue was the cleanliness. Since last year it has become worse especially in Domain branch.The food is excellent and the staff behaviour is great but some tables and for example aprons of staffs who serve at the tables were dirty.I still like the restaurant.

Yolks and eggs over cooked. The serving has dropped in quality yet still expensive. Plate covered in herbs and cherrie tomatoes to make up for lack of food on the plate. Everything is cheap ingredients at top shelf prices. This establishment has gone down hill severely since new management. This was the best coffee club before the refurbishment and new staff and management. Now it's as bad as domain. Won't be back.

Atrocious experience. Table wasnt cleaned, had to wipe it ourseleves. Failed to provide the meal as ordered, I asked for hard eggs and got barely cooked eggs. I sent the meal back, I couldn't eat it. They provided a replacement with the eggs how I ordered them and when they arrived they had black lint all over them!! It was like they rolled the eggs down their t-shirt. I wasn't giving them another chance to get it right, I asked for a refund. Being a public holiday they have a 15% surcharge on their meals, they only refunded me the amount displayed on the menu without the additional surcharge.Disgusted and won't be returning.

I visited early morning and ordered a protein shake and muffin. They only had 9 customers. My protein shake was served dripping all over the outside of the glass. I tried to attract a staff members attention but non were interested except a young female who gave me 2 serviettes to clean up their mess all over the glass and table! Very poor customer service. I won't return there.
