Soul 365

I’m new to CrossFit training but have been made to feel very welcome. There’s loads of session times to choose from, all of the coaches are amazing and take the time to help with form and function. Soul365 has an infectious vibe amongst its members with a real sense of community. Not to mention awesome tunes while you work out and once done, you can grab a coffee or protein smoothie afterwards! Great gym. Five stars all the way.

Great classes and very supportive staff. A great environment to train in.

Wish I'd joined with these guys years ago instead of wasting my time at another franchise gym...waiting for a bench..or old mate to get off his phone and finish his set. Coaches and facilities are top notch, great sense of community...and ive never worked so hard or learnt so many functional movements that make be stronger and more flexible than ever. I'm definitely living a good life...ah I mean a better life with these guys.

From the moment you step foot into this place, you feel an energy that charges the senses. When meeting the staff, grab a coffee or Smootie. They are delicious and great for. Dont forget to sit down and have a chat with the staff. They are so friendly and make you feel welcome as part of the Soul Family. This is good, because the Trainers will make you work hard. Their knowledge and experience are second to none. Whether you are a first time or an experienced fitness enthusiast, they will work with you, to get results. Always with a smile too. The facilities are of the highest quality and are maintained impeccably. You are sure to have a great time here

It's been almost 12 months since one of my mates first introduced me to Soul365.I had never done CrossFit style training before. I had always done my own thing in traditional gyms. So doing classes was something different.I was pretty nervous when I first started.But 12 months on I can say joining Soul365 was one of the best decisions I've made for my training!I love the group classes and all the great people I've met through the gym.The programming from the coaches get you serious results (thanks Adam, Alex and Carly).They run awesome community events (thanks Mark) which was good for me being new to Adelaide.They are even pet and children friendly as well!I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough if you're looking for a gym with world class programming, great coaches and great community spirit!(And they do a great coffee and smoothie!)

Incredible gym facility.Fantastic environment for all levels of fitness. You will grow and progress with your goals and life coming here. Recovery equipment for all types of needs. Must try the float tank!Kids classes have had such a positive impact on their confidence. They ask to come each week and while we watch the kids interact and build friendships, we sit back enjoying fresh coffee/smoothies.Mark is the man, will help you with anything and everything gym related... plus he gives good life advice ;)

Best gym ever. By far.I have worked out at plenty of gyms and different styles of gyms, and this one is the most fun with the best results.Great vibe.Great trainers, all of them.Great staff.Great community and excellent facilities.Soul365 ticks all the boxes.
