Just got deliver of my Kia Cerrato. It was smashed up from an accident. They did an amazing job from what I can see. The car came back polished and detailed. Well done guys great job

Even I have to came back for minor fix experience was okey, communication was okey.Just make shore employees doesn't have oily or dirty hand when they drive out cars, as my indicator stick was cover with some oil ... However I call this experience positive.(Waiting for car part is different story- that's problem of European cars) Thank you for fixing my car.

Went in for front end damage repair on 2014 Audi Q7 - firstly the good: 1) In the end the repair was completed - took a little longer than anticipated but I suspect it's not a run of the mill car and parts took longer than normal to arrive. 2) The repair looks good. The car was clean and presented well. The not so good: 3) took 2 attempts to pick up the car - wasted a whole day getting there - when we went to leave the car was un-driveable - spluttered and would simply not go - they obviously hadn't test driven the car - 4) on the plus side they did rectify it over the weekend (did not fit turbo inter-cooler properly) and was ready on the Monday. Would give a 4 on the repair

My insurance uses this repairer - very happy with the quality of work and cleanliness of car on return. Wonderful and friendly staff who went out of their way to sort a few issues on my day of pickup. I highly recommend if needing a repairer in the area.

[EDIT]After two weeks and a break from the rain I decided to wash the car for the first time since the repair. I found there was a blemish on the bonnet that looked like a drip from the spray gun or a spot of overspray.When I called to report it, they said just bring it in and they’d fix it while I wait. One of the workers got out an old torn up shirt rag which had a solvent of some kind on it. It wiped the mark off with some persistence but in doing so, also left pretty bad swirling from the old rag.That worker left to get polish and another guy came out to finish it off. He again used torn up shirts as buffing rags and applied some polish with a proper applicator.The blemish is removed but the swirls will need to be properly polished out. I would have preferred them to use proper, clean microfibre towels at least.For this, I have changed my review from 3 to 2 stars. I am still satisfied with the majority of the work, however would not really recommend going there if avoidable. I was basically forced to use them as it was an insurance claim.If you love your car, I’d look elsewhere.Car was sent here by AAMI after a not at fault claim. Staff were friendly to talk to over the phone.Job took 7 business days to have the front bar replaced, left side belt mould replaced, left wheel guard sprayed, left front door sprayed and rear left blended as well as having the mag wheel replaced, balanced and aligned.The spray job was ok with a bit of orange peel but not too much more than the factory finish.

DO NOT USE WESTERN SMASH REPAIRS!! TELL YOUR INSURANCE AGENCY TO USE ANYONE ELSE!!!Car was meant to be picked up the 26th of November after being involved in an accident two weeks prior. When we called the day before to confirm pick up time, we were told work had not even begun on the car and they would need the car for another two weeks. When we mentioned the issues that were of a concern to us like the leaking oil from the rear diff, the misalignment of the tub, the drivers side wheels protrude about 20mm whereas the passenger side's wheels were sunken in about 20mm and how the fuel gauge no longer works. We were told it's all wear and tear and not related to the accident. When I objected as everything was fine before the crash, and then was totally stuffed after the crash I was met with the response of prove it".After several weeks of no car - this is a business car so the company was partially crippled while repairs were underway

Needed several damaged panels on my 6 month old vehicle to be repaired.This was not an insurance claim.WSR came highly recommended to me. The quote was quick, professional and reasonably priced (important as the repair was at my own cost).The completed work was of high quality; no previous damage could be seen, nor any repair work - it was as if the car just left the showroom.The repair time was as quoted and service provided by the tradespeople and admin staff was outstanding.Highly recommended repairer in Sydney.

Used this smash Repair service to kindly ask for a quote on my car , the old man at the reception desk was extremely rude told me I wouldn't be able to get a quote to next year then laughed and then told me to go next door while 3 staff members were just standing around talking. I think it's about time you retired if your going to be that cranky and rude to people.Will never recommend your service to anyone nobody should be treated like that disgusting behaviour shame on you !!!
