The servers are dull and glum faced. Most annoying is when ordering a coffee with a sweetener they rudely point you to the packets of Sweet N Low on the table.A barista made coffee will always come with the sugar/sweetener already included, this way it will dissolve quicker, you won’t destroy the foam art by stirring and it’s simply a nice touch.The food is acceptable but over-priced.

Have been going to Dome Albany every week for the past year and the breakfast I received today was disgusting. Eggs overcooked and hard (asked for soft), tomato burnt, toast was just slightly warm bread and no butter. I know they were busy, but it’s no excuse to serve almost inedible food.

Been to a couple domes, but never had this bad of service. Rube girl that served us, rolled her eyes, was sassy and arrogant definitely won’t be coming back

I bought takeaway food, ordered the fish tacos and a ham and cheese toastie. The fish tacos mentioned it had avocado aioli, cabbage and something tangy (can't remember the exact description). What I got was something that didn't taste like fish at all, maybe it was frozen fish fingers, because that didn't taste fresh either, there was no avocado or aioli, just a thick bed of cabbage with what was supposed to be fish and something that looked like a spicy mayo but didn't really taste like anything. I could only taste the cabbage. The toastie was way too toasted, the edge was too hard for my kid to bite it.I will definitely stick to breakfasts only and dessert as that's always really good. Breakfast and desserts are the only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars, but only based on today, I would give it 1.*****I had the bacon stack (I think that's the name) with poached eggs, asked for hollandaise on the side and my husband had the big breakfast (he gave me the roasted tomato) and everything was really good. This is not the first time coming here but they usually have nice staff and amazing cakes, we love the carrot and chocolate cake.

Food was good, quantities were small and overpriced. Staff unable to smile, appeared bothered to even have to be there. It’s aonce every now and then sort of place, not somewhere that we will frequent

I used visit for lunch quite often, but haven’t been back for months now. I came for lunch today and was so impressed and surprised that the employee who took my order amazingly remembered exactly how I like my meal. I cannot tell you how much this was appreciated. What a stand out employee to remember such fine details about people’s orders. She was wearing an all black uniform and made me feel so welcomed. You are an absolute asset to the team - thankyou for your amazing customer service!

Very poor. Cold, awful fries and served with tomato sauce instead of the requested aioli.When I questioned the sauce the waitress came back with the till generated order to prove it didn't say aioli!! No offer to swap the sauces but we're very busy" was offered instead.The table next to us had a very long wait for their orders which came out in dribs and drabs.Such a shame

My Latte and breakfast was good the menu is a tad out dated and still looks the same from a few years ago after last being in W.A but still adequate and plenty enough to choose from. The front of house is in need of a wee modern revamp. The service is fast and the staff are friendly, Good location pleasant enough surroundings set in a old Cham rustic type school house building with indoor outdoor flow. Dome does have a lot of competition when it comes to the variety of upbeat trendy coffee vibes and flavours from other cafes.
