Massive large hall, perfect for events

I am a member of the Rutherglen and District Garden Club (RDGC) and we held our annual Autumn flower show at the Memorial Hall. This year we celebrated our 30th anniversary RDGC Autumn Country Rose Championship and Flower Show.In the past, cleanliness has been a problem as we've had to clean the hall before setting up our displays. This year it was much improved and saved a lot of time.The Memorial Hall is our preferred destination to hold the show because there are ample entry points at both the front and rear of the hall. The main hall has an elegance suitable for staging Floral Art and some of the best roses including the Rose Society of Vic's Autumn Country Rose Championship, for example. In addition we use the foyer and supper room for displays, selling tickets etc; the kitchen has plates and cutlery available for hire too. The Hall has a large number of tables and chairs that we use in the main hall and supper room. There's good parking and very good access to the hall from the car park at the rear with good accessibility for people with disabilities and able-bodied people.
