I had an amazing lady help me on the 9/01/23. Her name was Olivia (same name as me hehe), and she was absolutely amazing. We both feel like she went above and beyond in helping us, and we were able to find a mattress that best suited us. She was also very helpful in guiding us on what bed frames to go for and not to. Very happy with her service.

I have bought a queen bed and mattress last week. The people in the shop are good but the delivery company they use are very unprofessional. You pay $80 just for dumping your bed and mattress in the bedroom and running away.Please don't use this delivery people to deliver your purchase from Forty Winks.Very disappointed.

Donna was absolutely fantastic!! She helped me create my custom king bed frame. She was so professional, caring, not pushy at all. She had great advice in terms of design and space which was so helpful. I was so confused with what to go for and she really helped me to make my mind up.Our house has been delayed by 3 months. Sarah and Olivia helped me out with re arranging the delivery without charging me any storage fees. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend this store and will definitely make many other purchases from here in the future!

Bought a bed this morning from Donna at forty winks and was very happy with the experience. Donna was very helpful, very informative and knowledgeable. The sleep test and detail on selecting a mattress made 40 winks stand out from other retailers. Highly recommend.

Forty winks has a lot of stylish and quality furniture to choose from, we’re very happy with our new mattress and bed that we chose. The king koil mattress is incredibly comfortable and at such a great price, the bed and bedsides did take a little longer than expected to arrive (as most things do now) but we appreciated the store team following this up and keeping us updated. When we received our furniture there was a small issue which was resolved immediately by Vanesa and we were very impressed by the service.

Staff are extraordinarily helpful, kind and friendly. They were helpful both with financing and with choosing the right mattress for me, and helped me get a mattress that day because my room got flooded. I cannot reccomend this place more.
