I bought the mattress + Palais bed and cannot be happier. The mattress feels awesome to sleep on and the bed has a luxury look to it. Sleeping Duck’s customer support is also amongst the best (thanks Natasha , Kathryn & Zoe). The reps are knowledgeable and super responsive to my enquiries.The delivery process is also amazing. I was updated at every stage of the delivery process. No delay & no miscommunication. The 3 men who did the installation were on time and very quick. The whole purchase experience was very smooth. This is what every company should strive to be in terms of both product & service quality.

We are SO impressed with our new mattress! The delivery process (so fast!) and after-sale support have also been amazing. After a few days, we were finding the 'Medium' mattress to be quite soft and also a little hot to sleep on and I reached out to enquire about the firmer inserts by email. Kathryn promptly explained that it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to fully decompress to reach its true firmness level and suggested giving it a little more time if we could. She also explained that as the firmness increased, the heat that we were experiencing would also lessen. Sure enough, after another week or so, we were amazed by the change and have not ended up needing to arrange the firmer inserts. Would highly recommend!

My rating is regarding Sleeping Ducks customer service. After purchasing this mattress I was having difficulty adjusting to the softness, without question the sleeping duck team sent me out a new firmer mattress to test out. I received this 2 days after my call with them. They have since followed up to check how I’m going to ensure my quality of sleep has improved. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole buying process, they clearly have hired a team of caring and compassionate people. 10/10 for a customer first approach!

Online purchase - so easy. I was kept in the loop from the moment I hit the purchase button, right through to delivery. Then we slept ….. and we are continuing to have great sleep. Great support - no back complaints.

This is the best mattress I have ever purchased. Super comfortable from day 1, no need to break in" the mattress. Would 100% recommend this cost effective mattress. Very easy to install myself

We bought our sleeping duck after house sitting for friends who had the older model mattress. It was great. We bought the current model (only available model Mac II) and within a year the springs squeak and dig into our backs and hips. It is not the same mattress our friends had (cost cutting on the new model?)The “warrantee” is proving impossible to claim as sleeping duck customer service will only deal with customers via email and request an almost impossible to deliver number of hoops to jump through like requiring a 2.20 metre long pole (that we need to acquire from somewhere??) to be laid across the bed and photographed to prove there is a minimum of 3cm sagging in the mattress (anything less does not qualify for a claim.) Before you can start a claim they first require you disassemble the mattress and rest the mats on the floor daily to see if they fluff up again.We have a three other friends that tell us they have had the same experience.There is definitely cheaper and better in the market. Buy something else if you want a good nights sleep.

We bought the bed and mattress and honestly could not be happier with our purchase. The design and materials for the bed are just such high quality. The mattress has also been wonderful but coupled with the bed it really has gone to the next level of support and comfort. The customer service is also second to none in our experience!

I rate the comfort of my SD mattress 10/10. The only downside is the heavy weight of the mattress, which makes it difficult to tuck the sheets in neatly and suspect great difficulty in the future for rotating the mattress and also when it comes time to moving house

I’m 65 years of age and this is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on including mattresses I’ve paid thousands for.Sleeping the best I’ve slept in years. Somehow it offers support and luxurious comfort at the same time. No pressure on any part of the body.Don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.Amazing.
