Called them on a public holiday and they attended to us with an option of the day itself or after, telling us that we could save more of we did it the next day, so they were quite thoughtful about our budget. Dom attended to our problem with the sewage drain and sorted it properly and politely. Did a fantastic job clearing out our sewage drain. I recommend their services.

Had a new shower head installed using a generic shower head provided by Casotti's.When installed there was not a steady stream of water, it pulses (still is). Had Casotti coming back and checking that everything was ok, I was told I should buy a better shower head!!! Today, I received an invoice for the second appointment, I have already paid for one inferior shower head. This is the third generic shower head I have had installed, I have never had any problems before.I suggest that if you want to provide a shower head to tour customers - make sure your provider supplies an item that does what it's supposed to do. A shower head is made for providing water in a STEADY stream.Shame on you for charging for the second call out.

I was so pleased I changed plumbers to Casotti Plumbers. The guy who came and fixed my plumbing was so thorough, worked hard and explained things to me. Best of all....he unblocked my drains. He checked everything worked before leaving. That's something the previous plumbers haven't done. It Waa a shockingly cold wet day...I would have totally understood if he'd called up to reschedule...but he didn't.Obviously you have to pay to get plumbing fixed, but it didn't seem like that was what it was all about....it felt like the customer came first. I've received my bill and I'm as happy as is possible with it...much better than Richtek but mainly, the whole experience was better. Even just booking it, I felt a bit stressed as it's my first time doing this stuff since my husband passed away...I'm sure I sounded cranky on the phone, but the guy I talked to on the phone was great too. Definitely will be staying with this lot. Thanks

We had to use their services twice since moving to our house (burst pipe & changing various taps outdoor and indoor) and they have done a great service both time. It's very reassuring to know that they have many skilled plumbers under their umbrella and that they have same day appointments available. They also give out a $20 giftcard for recurring bookings. I'm sure we'll use them again! Great customer service!

Brought them out. Unblocked the drain. Few days later blocked again. They said they would come out with a new charge as they had unblocked it". So our normal plumber came now and found the original blockage straight away by looking in the main is part. He said plumbers should look here also. Their plumber did not. Also their plumber took his time
