Got ripped off again by this butcher! Will NOT BE COMING BACK. Be very careful if you shop here as the advertised price is a complete lie and they will charge you whatever they want. Paid $28/kg for meat advertised out front as $20/kg. As a pensioner I cannot afford to be overcharged like this, and during a pandemic too!?! shame on you!

Best meat in Canberra that I have eaten, and being a Carnivore I eat a lot of meat. And the staff are brillo, they really know their meat and how to treat customers.

Award winning store. amazing variety of supreme quality sausages and meat. Super professional and friendly butchers. Just ordered 40 sausages. Highly recommended.

Overcharged for T-Bone steak. They advertised $25.99 per kg however when I weighed the steak at home they have essentially charged me $35.99 per kg. Interesting how the other items I bought had labels on them with prices but not the steak. Perhaps an honest mistake but something I will pay closer attention to in the future. I seriously hope this steak is worth the extra money that I paid.

Always good quality meat and service. I tried the family meat pie tonight after seeing two separate families order them. Wow! So full of tender meat and great flavour! Best pie I've ever had, it goes a long way, highly recommend!!

This shop is not disability friendly. I’m a support worker and my client living with autism wanted to look in the butcher shop. Anyway, when we walked in, we were greeted with no words but a grim stare, when I told him I was a support worker and my client just wanted to look, the stare got more intense and the frown started. He said no words to me, he just stared with his uncomfortable frowning face and definitely wanted us to feel uncomfortable. I don’t know why someone would do this but it seems his intention was to be nasty towards us, and I think it’s terrible. Most of the time people are really kind to us and I don’t understand this mans problem. If he had a problem, then why not tell us with words rather than making us feel under attack. He stood there paused from what he was doing, in silence, and remained that way until we left. I think this is a despicable display of (1) customer service (2) human nature

Delicious and a wide range of produce. I will definitely be back again because of this but more so for the great service I received. Gentleman behind the counter made the effort to walk around and open the door for me when leaving, it's little things like this that make a lasting impression on me.

Used to be a very welcoming business with great meat and fabulous staff and customer service. After 2 years living away I returned to get a turkey today. The meat still looked good but the shop looks unloved and the young girl who served me didn’t show any interest except selling the turkey and bordered on rude - maybe a year working at Maccas would give her some basic skills including how to say please and thank you - not that hard
