Got my phone screen fixed quickly but after a few days it didn't work right with a line showing right down the middle of the screen. Second time after redoing the repair the screen was alright but the battery no longer charges for whatever reason. Never had battery issues before.Each time the phone is fixed the chassis of the phone is poorly glued together leaving a gap between the phone and the backing and rendering it no longer water resistant.

Brought an I phone 11 pro max two years old to change the screen .They did it , first week it was ok and I flew to bali .Then it started not working properly . The touch of the screen is not responding most of the time , then the phone freeze .So I sent a message on their website, no news? How convenient to ignore messages.I paid 300 for a phone that was not repaired , even worse .Stay away , not professional

Wanted to retrieve photos from my old Android phone but the phone couldn't be charged.Brought in to the shop for investigation just before closing time at 5.30pm yesterday.Got back my phone this morning.Turned out that my charger was faulty and phone charging port was dirty.They had my charging port cleaned and phone fully charged.I was happy to pay for the service but staff said only need to buy a new charger from the shop.Great and prompt service. Highly recommended.

I had my phone display replaced because it got cracked. The staff performing the replacement didn't take much care because the outer display housing of my phone has damage all around it from the tool used to pry the original display off, the new display doesn't sit flush with the outer display housing in one area because of an excess of glue used, and there's excess glue all around the edge where the new display was put in.The price and time taken was reasonable, and the location was convenient, but I was disappointed with the quality of the job. Next time I would rather spend the money doing it myself if I had the time.The staff were friendly and communicative which was a plus though because they would notify me frequently abpout the status of the display arriving from the warehouse.

Such a relief to find these guys! I was served by Jason. He was a great communicator and got my phone back to me within the day. He was sympathetic to my time constraints and got me a good deal that was far cheaper than expected. Highly recommend Mobile Masters.

Hopeless place called in to have screen cover replaced due to scratches said he couldn't do it, ask for a new wallet cover for my phone said didn't have any, went over to Cockburn Central, screen cover replaced and new phone wallet all done in 5 minutes so don't waste time going to kardinya travel the extra klm for service. The place I went to at Cockburn was a little kiosk in the middle of the shopping centre and they had plenty of stock to choose from, you are a shop, with plenty of room to stock products. Thinking of excuses????

I took in my phone in to have the screen and battery replaced. When they gave it back, the home button no longer worked, though they fully intended to charge me full price for the shoddy repair. When I insisted they fix it properly, they took another hour but didn’t get anywhere and were very reluctant to make good on the repair. They ended up keeping it for a couple of days and insisted over the phone that it was fully functional, but when I arrived to pick it up, the fingerprint reader didn’t work as they had changed the home button with an off brand one. Now the screen is quite dodgy, the speaker phone keeps coming on when I make phone calls, and the home button is difficult to use. Terrible job, much regret bringing my phone to these guys.

Friendly repair shop with great turnaround times and at a fair cost. Thank you to Josh & (the owner) who got my iPhone 7+ in as-new condition overnight.
