I arrived only to be total they only do insurance work allocated to them.They told me quote”We have to look after our customers” l must of been the inconvenience customer.An unhappy possible customer. Very poor service. One can only think of the quality of the repairs!!

Went to these guys after a Roady. To see about a dint on floor.Once I told them it wasn't insurance work they Refused to quote or even look at my car. After this type of attitude towards a customer, i would NOT recommend this business.

Bendigo Accident Repair Centre
The so called repairs carried out to my car were a disgrace. Despite two attempts to align the bumper correctly the car was returned with it out of alignment. Other issues included a broken indicator light, a parking light which was not refitted correctly and a headlight not refitted correctly. My insurance company have so far not addressed these matters which would lead to the repairs being completed satisfactorily, the matter will now be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. If I could give less than one star I would.

Excellent customer service. Extremely satisfied with my car repairs. Hit a kangaroo doing 100km. Car looks almost brand new. Detailed and cleaned my car so it was immaculate. My usual mechanic recommended them and I'm very grateful. Id recommend these guys to anyone. And I will.
