Submitted a job for a cctv assessment and received a quote for an assessment of $99. After 4 time re-reschedules they finally a turned only to be told I needed a cctv assessment (exactly what I asked for) then advised there is a cctv fee of $480 and the $99 was for them to tell what I needed to do. I didn’t proceed so then had to pay $99 to be given the aadvice the same advice I have them. Also I think they use an offshore call centre.

The call centre is useless and I assume overseas, they booked in the job. Then went me a message that they couldn't come. Next day rang to confirm the appointment. Then when I explained that they had cancelled and that we had already solved the issue they said the technician would be there today. After saying cancel the job three more times I think they understood. I will never use them again.

I wish I read the reviews before I booked here. Our plumber was great but to then be quoted one price and receive another on the invoice is ridiculous! They also charge a 1.5% credit card charge! Absolute rip off.

Roof leak repairing - the work is fine. They just finished work today, I am not able to check if they have fixed the problem. The guys seem friendly and worked hard today.

Brodie arrived promptly, he was efficient and polite. He did the job without fuss.Brodie had two apprentices with him and I could hear him instructing them on how to be respectful to the customer. Eg when they arrived he told the apprentices “make sure you take your shoes off, so you don’t dirty the customers floors”

Got Tuggeranong Plumbing to replace the front patio. Have to reschedule multiple times. Now still waiting for them to come back and rectify their new works that are leaking from all sides with little luck.

Thank you Tuggeranong plumbing for coming out in the rain. My blocked down pipe was causing water to come inside. Tuggeranong plumbing kept at it till the blockage was moved.

We needed a water heater replacement and after much searching decided on Tuggeranong Plumbing. The phone person I talked to was professional and they service what they sell was the two main reasons I went with them. Price-wise they were a little higher than some but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The plumber who installed it was on time and got the job done quickly and the install looks very nice. No messy solder joints like some installers do. Give them a shot if you need any plumbing job done.

I contacted Tuggeranong Plumbing to get my hot water unit looked at and possibly replaced. They were able to send their plumber to my home the next day. He wore a mask which is very important during this time. He went over what was wrong with our old hot water system, and he recommended getting the hot water system replaced. He wrote up a quote for us and we decided to get it done. We felt that plumber was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Besides, he never pressured us into getting anything replaced.Overall, I'm very happy with everything. Highly recommended
