I have had Nick from Andy and sons twice come look at the pool where we rent. Never having owned a pool before I had him come teach me how to care for it, given the salt system was not working and I was having to manually add chlorine etc if we were going to be able to use it. Nick was very thorough in teaching me what to, when to do it and how to do it. How to do the back wash/ rinse and clean. I find the people working there very helpful and friendly and the pool looks better than it apparently ever has now.

These guys really know their stuff, very reasonably priced, and I'm often travelling overseas and they happily come over and service my pool when I'm not there and then just send a receipt for me to pay over the phone with.

One of my worst ever customer experiences. Good technical people but management there indifferent to customers, rude, reactive and refuse to provide pool service after promising to do so. Simply unbelievably bad shermozzle and a relationship with customers that is bad verging on toxic
