I always take my bike here, great service and information and never had a problem they couldn’t fix. Also great range of products. They also give back to the community alot through the kids do mtb program which I highly recommend for young kids and parents, Old bikes and parts for Rotary and other community programs and events which is really appreciated. Highly recommend Steve and his team!

Having just purchased two E bikes from Cessnock Bicycle Company I cannot speak highly enough of the service , friendliness and attitude of Steve and Emily . Steve went beyond what I would expect to ensure that the bikes we bought were suited to our needs and what we wanted .
