Most rudest person on the phone.. First hello was rushed and did not seem free to talk to me nor was she helpful. PLAIN RUDE LADY. As a fellow Greek i am disgusted at her customer service and very disappointed on how she handled my call and then she hung up on me. How is someone meant to feel comfortable with booking an app with you after the way you spoke to me? Please take some next time to help someone who isn't familiar with dentistry. I always wondered why my family didn't go to a local Greek dentist and now I think I know why....Be careful on how you speak to people and maybe learn some manners. Do not recommend at ALL.

Dr Vicky is an exceptional practioner that takes great care of my teeth.Ive been very satisfied with her work the last 6 years of being her patient. Her attention to detail when it comes to cleaning my teeth is extraordinary and is always giving interesting tips when it comes to regular cleaning at home.The clinic itself is well kept and ive never questioned the cleanliness of the equipment. Its also in a great location near many shops and public transport.Im impressed after every visit and look forward to seeing her at my next scheduled appoint.

Very poor experience, visited this dentist twice, despite making appointments for over a month in advance made me wait for over 40 minutes the first time and over 25 minutes the second time at which point I left without seeing her.

Dr Spanidis is a professional, patient, pleasant dentist, but most important of all, she is an extremely knowledgeable dentist.I have been attending Dr Spanidis' surgery for 25 years. Initially my Chemist recommended her to me and I when I attended that first appointment I was very pleased with the attention I received. The new surgery is a modern, relaxing area. I could not consider ever having to attend another dentist. Highly recommend Dr.. Spanidis - so glad I found her. Jeff Campbell

Me and my family has been under Dr Vicky's dental care for more than 7 years, and the premises also transformed from an old traditional clinic to a modern establishment.I recommend a visit if you're after professional and straight forward dental care.I do miss the only front garden on the Ormond shopping strip though.
