Cant give minus stars, absolute disgrace, overnight service left Wednesday morning, supposed to be delivered Thursday, told will be by 18.00!!!! That's right 6pm the next day, low and behold NO PARTS at 6.30pm and we are only 1.5hr from Melbourne, its now Friday at 12.30pm and still no one can tell me where our parts are, you ring the number and no one gives a damn! This is not a good service for business's to use.

very slow delivery!! I paid $26 for express delivery and it has been sitting in there depot for the past 2 weeks, understandable because of Covid but two weeks in there depot and has been out for delivery everyday for the past two weeks is just stupidity. how hard is it to just deliver a small package?

I wish I could add a negative 5 stars. Delivery due Monday - truck broke down. Tuesday - Time constraints prevented delivery". Wednesday - 1 hour

Friendly helpful drivers, the tracking system could be a little more detailed, but our bulk goods did arrive in good condition.

Went to door, I have knee injury and a ankle issues so slower getting there, driver walking to get into truck, he put parcel on dashboard, I walked up to him, asked if he was delivering parcel for me, he said “he was but now I have to pick up at depot. I said he can give me the parcel now as I’m here. He was very rude and refused, said he hasn’t got time, I said again that he can just give it to me even if I sign for it, once again he said no, I ask his name it was Gunpreet Singh, advised him I was going to make complaint. He got in the truck and left. 5 minutes later I got text saying unable to deliver parcel. So I rang and advised what had happened, they had empathy and very nice about it, said would get back to me, next call from another customer service person also very understanding and advised she would make sure it would be delivered back to me today. Then 30 minutes later another phone call saying that I had to pick up from pickup centre. Apologies for long detailed story, I went to pick up parcel which was very hard to get there and the Newsagent (pickup centre was closed). Check my phone and I had a message at 5:25pm saying pickup ready and yet it was closed. So annoying!!

Absolutely disgusting services. Package has taken 11 days to travel 4 hours in flight time, yet we are charged the full express postage cost with no reasonable response from customer service staff nor consideration for compensation. Terrible! A 1.9 star rating????

$120 package signed of to the wrong person. This is disgusting my partner ordered a package 2 weeks ago to be notified, it’s been signed from someone else. wt* this is beyond a human like thing this to do, it’s a disgrace. Fix your service and employees.

Save your money go elsewhere company useless

Home all day waiting for my package. Message saying that I wasn’t and they couldn’t deliver. I have cameras, they never came to my door. Have to pick up the package. Absolute useless service, would rate 1 star if I could.

Sat on urgent parcel, never delivered until chased upPick up for parcel never arrived - contacted and never followed up after contact ... why do they have such monopoly ?
