I wanted to return a pair of earrings because I thought there was an imperfection in it and the staff were really helpful and exchanged without any questions asked. would definately go back again.

Bought a item today, with the sale done by a lady, her staff number being 117707,She was kind at first but the way she handled the watch was very rough, pulling and tugging at the tag while it was still attached to the clasp and band, (not just cutting it)And on a few occasions was rough when placing the watch on the counter, after letting her know it was a gift, she than Proceeded the pack the box like a toddler with there eyes closed.I would recommend treating all customers the same weather they are buying a $119 watch or a $34000 ring, there all still customers, there is no difference

Walked in three different places before getting in this one where i got told the chain i had was silver when i knew for a fact it was white gold, the lady comfirmed it, she obviously knew what she was looking at. Got a quote done to get it repaired, they gave me a call to confirm. Everything was well organised and professional.

Awful customer service. Pure sales harassment. If somebody says just looking, let them look and leave them alone. Very very irritating 15 minutes and in the end I didn't buy anything. I won't be manipulated into buying.

Walking in here yesterday I was surprised at the arrogance of the staff. Never have I had to lean over the counter to look at a different side of a display.I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to finish up with customers only then to be ignored and have staff go into the back room rather than serving me.Believe it or not I was eager to purchase something, I wasn't just looking, to be blatantly ignored by multiple members of staff was downright cruel. To not even rotate the stand for me so I could have a proper look at what I was after.I will NEVER return here. Prouds is an appropriate name too PROUD to serve me".Honestly

I have purchased several items from Prouds and love their catalogue sales but whenever I go to this store, I'm always greeted by arrogant staff. This is the third time. I understand retail can be frustrating when you have to deal with different people, but this store is always the same.Try another prouds not this.

would not recommend anyone to shop here! the staff was rude, if there was a 0 star option i would select it. was waiting 20+ minutes to be served for a refund, which i was then told was not possible. other request was ignored. bad service.

I have always bought jewellery from this store. Last time we did though we will never forget. I went in and purchased a stirling silver braclet for my daughter. It was supposed to be a very special moment for us. I gave my daughter the box after I had picked her up from school. She looked at me very upset and said it's empty". I rang the store straight away and they said they had it sitting at the counter for me to collect. All I got was an apology. And also a what was supposed to be special moment ruined. But hey an apology is ok as long as it doesn't happen to you."
