Schofields Family Medical & Dental Practice

I had a bad very experience with this medical centre. The receptionist was very standoffish and Alka is very rude and impolite.

Dr Mansukh and Dr Alka both are amazing doctors. They are my family's favourite docs. The receptionist is also very good.Doctors are very knowledgably, polite and give the solutions to our problems very efficiently every time we go. We love them

Dr Alka is one of the best drs I've ever had. She listens and acknowledges you and your thoughts. She offers the best possible solution to your problem in a non judgemental way. Dr Alka has always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for me and my family. When I couldn’t get answers for my illness from any drs or even hospitals, it was Dr Alka that went out of her way to try and help and she did not stop until she found answers.

The lady at the reception was impolite and wanted to sell me mask for $4. They should be in business of selling masks. Was disappointed by the lack of courtesy because I had walked in on crutches and was in immense pain. Left the place immediately and instead went to Riverstone cz the staff is far more courteous there.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nitul Khiroyaat [Schofields Family Medical Practice] and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the care that I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and was seen promptly by the doctor.Dr. Nitul was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like he really cared about my health and well-being. He explained my diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made me feel like I was his top priority.The office itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. I have been visiting the practice for a little more than 2 years now and I have had a fantastic experience so far. Dr Alka is a thorough professional and extremely caring in nature. I appreciate the extent to which she does her due diligence and follows up on even the tiniest of details shared with her. I’ve attended this medical practice since I was a child - and have always had the most positive and helpful experiences with every Dr, receptionist, and specialist here.From the simplest, to the most complex cases I’ve presented over years, care, compassion and thoroughness has been clearly displayed in my treatment.It’s worth the occasional waiting room wait to have such caring and compassionate medical practitioners work tirelessly to identify what’s happening.Do yourself a favour - and become a patient of this practice. It’s worth it.

It might be good for medicare holder, but for overseas people and student is $80 which is really expensive as compare to most of medicals in NSW, and yes 4 dollar cash for surgical mask is annoying.
