The smell as I walked in brought me back to Japan, (maybe the vinegar used?) the lovely lady who takes your order and makes sushi fresh for you is humble for the product she makes. This is the most authentic and pleasing sushi experience I've had in Australia. Thanks I'll be back time and time again.

A must visit. One of the best Sushi Places in Tasmania, all freshly made to order, lovely environment and authentic sushi. This is a must go, if you are visiting or live in the area!

My favourite sushi shop for freshly made sushi. I love the salmon aburi which is salmon lightly seared with a light dressing. The miso soup is wonderful. Kumi is a trained sushi chef and the subtle flavour and texture of the sushi rice, attests to this.

fresh sushi made while you wait. the most flavourful sushi i have had in a while.tasty as! $4.50 per roll so a little on the steep side but definitely worth it. lovely atmosphere inside with a little seated area.
