While in Penola, recommend stopping in for a quick bite. Store is very small but the owner is extremely friendly. Have to say one of the best chai latte I have had. Popped here for a cheeky coffee before hitting the wineries. The coffee was great and the owner was very personable. Highly recommended to come and try their coffee. I didn’t eat any of their food so I can’t comment on that

Really nice spot to stop and have a coffee and light lunch. Toasties and cakes made in house and were really tasty. Coffee best in area for sure. Owner was really friendly and went out of his way to help where he could. Would recommend stopping here if in the area.

Four coffee orders, three different milks, every single one was disgusting that we actually returned them. Who returns coffee??? I know right. Avoid for coffee.Maybe it was a bad day or just the wrong person making it but it's kinda the main job you have at a cafe is to make coffee.....

A cute cozy coffee shop with coffee, muffins, and sandwiches prepared by its owner, Lito. The place is relaxing; it makes you feel that it’s an extension of your lounge or kitchen at home.The food is scrumptious! I love the extra flavour of the olive oil that he drizzled on top of our sandwiches. The coffee, no words at all. It’s like your little Italy! We have to commend his muffins, too! The Poppy Seed muffin is moist and light; not too sweet at all.Above all, we appreciate the warmth of Lito as we entered his coffee shop! He is very accommodating and is very passionate about his craft.A word of advice is that it could be hard for people with prams or wheelchair to get a seat inside. Not to worry as there is an outdoor seating as well.A must visit cafe when you’re at Penola!

Popped in and ordered 2 small flat whites to take away. Not small, more like a medium. Below average coffee flavour. Inexplicably used low fat milk to make it, saw him doing it, should have said something, was too gobsmacked and couldn’t see that he had any other milk there. I think an older, more forgiving customer usually frequents here. It was a Sunday if that counts for something.
