Staff are really friendly and helpful. Clearly explained what the problem was and suggested a few solutions with some upgrades too within my budget. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for experienced and friendly advice, highly recommend.

Given we are in 2023, and YouTube can basically teach anyone how to do anything, what it can’t teach you is experience. That’s where Tim and the team come in. After wasting a week trying to fix my PC myself, I caved and found Tim. He was honest, up front, didn’t oversell me and most of all - he fixed my PC in a flash. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

They opened up after hours after the owner/manager heard a friend of mine needed a laptop charger. The lady went above and beyond the call of duty by driving from home to help my friend. Lovely staff and very helpful to students and the general public. Some products can be found cheaper elsewhere but good customer service is hard to find these days.

Not a tech savvy person. Amount of time took Tim to explained to me what is required to fix the laptop, I feel really appreciated with his honest opinion. He didn't try sell me a new product as it was repairable!

I've been here twice now. Once to get my laptop fixed and the other time to get my data back from a very old hard drive. Both times I received great customer service and they completed the service in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this store if you are looking for quality work, especially if you have a tight budget! I highly recommend them!

Had gone there to get my iPad screen protector applied as I cannot trust myself. Had gotten the screen protector from somewhere else and the staff had refused to apply it for me saying I needed to get this exact same product from their store. Offered money to apply it for me but still refused. The screen protector they sold was exactly the one I had. Thought their team would go above and beyond from their reviews. Seemed as though the staff were very busy with something else.
