Jerry helped me in choosing my car that I am absolutely happy with, went through all the details and special features of the car before my decision was made. He notified me as soon as the car was available and was very flexible for pick up time. The car even arrived earlier than expected. Although himself was not available to help deliver the car, he arranged James to help me out. I picked up my car after work and was close to store closing time. James still patiently showed me the car, including all the details, special functions, service time etc and helped me set up Toyota connect. Amazed it now has SOS function and I can warm up my car engine use my phone before stepping out the house. This will be so handy now we entering in winter.
