Will was an extremely professional tradesman who knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me as he was working. Not only was he incredibly skilled at his work but was easy going and happy to have a chat and a laugh while he got the job done. I can’t remember the last time I had such a fantastic experience with someone on the tools.

My hot water tank burst on Friday night, I emailed Will for a quote late that evening, not expecting to get a reply but pretty much straight away he got back to me.He came round Saturday morning and said that we needed a new water tank as ours had split and gave us a quote for everything and said that he could do it that day.The quote was very reasonable, and Will completed the work quickly and efficiently.It's hard trying to find a plumber that doesn't want to rip you off or someone that you can trust and I had trawled through a few websites, not knowing which ones to choose before deciding on Will.A decent guy, he doesn't rip you off and gets on with the job and it's great to find someone local to us that we can call on. We will definitely be keeping his details to use him again if we need to and can highly recommend him.

I first used Horatio Plumbing when I had developed a block in the waste line of our house. I generally prefer to do things around the house myself but I was having trouble finding the problem. I called Will and in no time at all he had the problem diagnosed and fixed with minimal fuss. Will was reliable and on time when changing out my hot water system. The service he provided was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. He was even able to diagnose a flow and heating issue i had, taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he had fixed the problem. I have not had any issues since his visit. A+
