Lovely Nails

Poor shellac work, the polish started peeling after 1 day. I tried to provide feedback directly by phone however the salon didn't seem to want to hear it.

Unfortunately not the best experience at a nail salon.Had my acrylic taken off whilst soaking in a bowl of acetone and caused my hands to be dried out.Asked for a manicure and nail polish. Filed down the acrylics quite roughly, wasn’t asked what shape I wanted my nails, didn’t fix cuticles and no moisturiser to help the dried skin as well as polish was not really in the lines.Lastly when paying she was on Facebook and didn’t even remember I needed to pay!Quite unfortunate of an experience, hope they can improve!

I got an infected toe from pedicure because nail was cut too shallow, and needed to go to a doctor and get antibiotics. My $30 manicure ended up costing me $70.My manicure also chipped off very quickly. Can't recommend this place at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. I took my niece there on a Wednesday afternoon. We were the only two people in the salon. I should have trusted my gut feelings as when we first walked in the place looked and smelled a bit dirty, however I just went for it anyway. We wanted a pedicure and manicure. The lady sat us down and rushed through the pedicure so fast, she was rough and not very accurate. She didn't even bother painting my entire nail, missed all the edges and it looks as though a two year old child painted both mine and my nieces toes.Despite the horrible pedicure, I was going to let her go ahead and do the manicure. BIG MISTAKE. I asked her not to trim my nails just shape them, she promptly go out her cuticle scissors and chopped the sides off my nails, then proceeded to cut a huge chunk of my skin off on the side of my index finger. I pulled my hand away and said ow" to which she says "oops

I asked for yellow color and she said she dont have it for the above picture and at the end she said yes they do have. She discounted 5$ for thatz I shouldn’t have gone here after seeing reviews but i went. After my nails done, my skin is so dried out and the shape of the nails are not same. Looks weird though. They are very fast and they don't provide good finishing. Anyways, will not go again.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience here, slow and low quality service. If you want bad quality nails this is the place for you. My nails are all different shapes and 2 of them are far from straight but who has time to have them fix it when the service is so slow because they are too busy watching out the window and entertaining their children. Will never return again and would never recommend this place to say the least. Extremely disappointed customer

I went there last week and my nails already are already broken , very bad experience. my nails is short so they charge me 90 dollars for toes and full set hands... at the end of the weeks 2 nails was already broken so i went back they did again but she put another colour more darker... the blonde lady, she did my nails was very rude and you can see and understand she dont have any skills, she cut my toes nails very short and the shellac is everywhere and the big toes its hurt a bit... she was very very rude like she doesnt care... you can see my nails here and the shape of the nails are all crooked ... and i pay 90 dollars ... i highly dont recommend this place at all ....

Im not sure if the lady just made a mistake or doesn't really know what she's doing but she didn't put the base powder on first, then put the top coat on + cubicle protector which she then got me to wash, then filed and buffed so some chipped off which she then just tried to file to hide, then redid top coat and asked me to put in uv light to dry quicker, when I declined as I deb get SNS so as not to use uv, she put the dry sealer over the top, which is usually what is put on before filling. ..

Stayed open late for me & the BEST SNS nails I have ever had done. So many compliments on them. Lasted forever & everyone in there were incredibly friendly, having fun & made the overall experience a fantastic one!
