The Escape at Cape Jaffa was amazing! The views are fantastic with spectacular sunsets, and such close access to the beach was great. This place is so quiet and relaxing, and the house provides everything you need. We loved that there was no TV! Thank you to the owners for also being a pet-friendly property - it meant we could holiday with our old dog, and she loved it just as much as we did. Hope to be able to stay again soon. Thanks also to Robe Lifestyle for making booking so easy.

Beautiful new house, great size and good location to town, brilliant coffee and the brewery. Disappointed to arrive and find out there was no heating in the middle of winter as it was broken. Felt let down with the communication or lack of from property manager regarding this. No prior warning or response when asked about it, luckily we were able to borrow a little blow heater from a friendly neighbour. Awesome spot for a relaxing family break away.

Perfect location, a few steps to the beach and 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with a view of the sea listening to the waves.The house was simple but clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the lack of towels. We were provided with one hand towel and two bath towels for the 2 of us for a 3 week stay.However, I would love to stay there again whenever we're in the region.

Lovely little cottage. Fire was lovely and bed cosy.Floor was sodden upon arrival and had been bleached, spa bath did not work and had to liaise with the plumber the second day of our stay as the unit was making an atrocious sound. We didn’t receive all of the promised amenities and the amenities that were provided were scarce in quantity. Felt like we had to ration things out.Overall, it was lovely but the stay was definitely tarnished.

While we enjoyed our time in Robe we were less than impressed with the standard of our accommodation at Costa Amore.The property is showing it's age and is in need of some attention.First thing we noticed was that the online photos show a sea view which has now been built out.Other issues we had may seem minor but were frustrations that we didn't expect for the price we paid.- It rained the first day we were there and found the roof leaked quite badly in the upstairs bathroom. Made more annoying for having to buy a bucket, as there is no mop or bucket in the house.- Light did not work in the bathroom.- The frying pan was not usable as it was burnt black. We bought a new one to use.- There is one AC upstairs which is somehow expected to cool the whole house, both levels.- The bench seat in the dining area has seen its best days and is slowly losing its vinyl cover and making a mess.- The 5 speaker surround sound system for the TV only has two working speakers.- There is no towel rack in the downstairs bathroom which is annoying if you want to hang your wet towel.Most of these issues are typical of a tired property and can be fixed.The property needs to be re-photographed and more accurately described to give future renters a current view of the standard of accommodation.

Stayed at Wave Point and was left pretty disappointed. Nice enough house in a pretty good location but when you pay top dollar for accommodation you expect everything to be excellent.The kitchen had an ant problem all over the benches and cupboards even some in the bedroom.Only 2 bath towels were left for 2 adults for 2 nights.The tv screen and front windows were smeared with finger prints.Was at least 6 or more coffee mugs that were so stained that you would throw them in the bin.There is a car being stored behind the gates (which bang in the wind) so no undercover parking available.Then on the last night we were there we had no hot water. Read the info book but no mention if it’s gas or electric just to contact them and they will get a plumber (not at 10pm)I have contacted robe lifestyle properties with my concerns 4 days ago and have had no reply.Very overpriced and dissapointingThere are a lot of other accomodation options in Robe and I will not be using this one again.

I'm not one to post a negative review publicly, so I forwarded an email to Robe Lifestyle Properties with some feedback for them to digest and hopefully improve the stay for others. It's been several months and I've received no response, so I think it's fair to post it publicly.We stayed at the marina, at White Sails" for three nights for my wife's birthday

Second visit for us to this house. Nice to see that there is now a very dog proof, white picket fence and gate to one side of the house. Nicely placed house, close to walking beach, perfect for dogs, bed is comfortable, kitchen is good, one thing that could be improved is the vacuum cleaner. The one provided couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. Other than that, no complaints, we'll be there next year with any luck.

The cottage is surrounded by pine trees. There is no light coming in and the room is very dark which gives a feel of the place being dirty. There is a small TV, the size of a computer monitor, which does not work. It is set to play DVD but these are not supplied. The smell of smoke is intense. The fire place was not cleaned and there was no stock pile of wood. Just as good because I found it difficult breathing and was not going to make it worse by lighting a fire. There are four hot plates in the kitchen but only one works. Unfortunately the weather was terrible during our stay and we spent a lot of time in the cottage. It was terrible. I suggested to my wife to leave a day early but she was committed to stay. I would not recommend this property.

Staying in Bonnie Owl for 2 weeks and the accommodation is fantastic. Nice quiet location close to town, brewery, coffee roasters and the mountain bike park plus Little Dip Conservation Park which has awesome scenery. Really enjoying our stay and will definitely be back.
