We hired bikes, such a fun way to get around… but hard work! Adam and the team were so helpful with helping us plan our stops and gave some great recommendations! Was such a perfect day!

Barossa Visitor Centre
Staff were super super friendly and sooo helpful. They really knew the area well and were able to suggest lots of things for us to do. Hikes, drives etc which we really enjoyed. We hadn't intended on hiring bikes, but when we said that we normally ride (roadies) they suggested we hire bikes and ride around the wineries. We were skeptical about the quality of the bikes, but were able to check them out prior to deciding. They were really good quality, well maintained hybrid style mountain bikes. We ended up having a great day out on the bikes!

Great information about area friendly staff very helpful. Good gift shop. Nice grounds. $1 showers in toilet block always clean. Great service to have available.

We are tourists from Germany.We travel without a smartphone through AU.It is hard, it was not a problem 5 years ago.But Marina and Adam in the i-site Barossa helped us so much. They spent a lot of time and patience for us.Please do not close the visitor information centers! They are so helpful in different situations.Thanks, thanks, thanks!Big hugs, Claudia and Kai

We hired eBikes from the Visitor Centre and the experience was amazing - we booked the bikes online, bike pickup was quick and easy and the riding to wineries was fun!
