Cheaper prices but there's always Loooong waiiitttt! Better buy somewhere else and pay little extra.They should add more people or stop answering incoming calls so they could focus on customers who spent time to come to their store.

It’s unacceptable to wait 45 minutes in a pharmacy for a single prescription where there is no other patients waiting. There’s a reason their scripts are cheaper.Go to a regular pharmacy,Pay the extra and get what you pay for, basic customer service!

After getting to the cashier to pay for my over $160 worth of products I get told they cannot sell to me cause they have no bags, however there was a large tall stash of large bags sitting behind the counter. I’m guessing this is what the boss is wanting, the Chemist Warehouse staff to turn paying customers away. All good, I’ll take my money to someone else that will appreciate my business.

Pathetic ill treatment of a service by the staff named JASMIN" between 12pm-12:30pm on the 8th of Nov at the perfume section. I exactly mentioned what 2 perfumes i wanted to buy & did not waste any time whatsover by asking mutliple testers on 1000 different perfumes. Despite being polite & specific
