This chemist has the most loveliest helpful pharmacist’s and staff you’ll ever meet. They are always willing to help, they make you feel comfortable and go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after whatever your needs may be.Don’t let the size of this chemist fool you, remember it’s not the size that counts hehe, they have had more important stock than chemist warehouse and you get amazing customer service along with your visit, you cannot ask for anymore than that. They’re now not just my Chemist, they’re also my friends so I feel super blessed they’re here xo

Incredible customer service! Pharmacist Yinan speaks multiple languages. She spoke to my mum who recently came from Malaysia in Cantonese, really helpful. Prices are very reasonable and some items are even cheaper than Chemist Warehouse!

I knew that I needed my flu vaccine, but was very scared of needles, and was so impressed with the pharmacist as I didn’t feel a thing! She was very gentle and I only felt a slight pinch. So helpful and you can truly see that they care about their work. Thank you, Yi nan and team!

Honestly the most outstanding service I’ve ever received at a chemist. Yinan was incredibly helpful and friendly, I came to organise a Webster pack for my meds and she made the whole process a breeze, and I left with a covid vaccine I’ve been wanting to get. The store has a great friendly vibe, I’m very happy I’ve chosen this store as my go to !.
