Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Caroline Springs

Very lovely playcentre, unfortunately it seems the rules around the 0-4 area were not being enforced on the day that we went. Multiple children, very obviousl over 4 and unsupervised, were climbing on top of rides and throwing items, almost knocking the young toddlers over, jumping on attractions and taking things from the younger children. This including throwing foam bricks outside of the play area and almost hitting myself and other patrons at times.They came and went over the period of 1.5 hours we were there, and when we brought it to staff's attention we were told as they had at the time left the area there was nothing they could do. 5 minutes later, the same older children came back and staff took no notice.

Nice place for kids to enjoy... It's an affordable rate on entry tickets. Has snacks and drinks available...

The place is thought and designed for kids, and it does the job. The parents have enough tables and chairs to rest a bit while their kids are having fun. There are two private rooms to celebrate birthdays. I found them quite small, parents were observing from outside and was not comfortable. I did not like the food, it was a plate of deep fried nibbles. They sell coffee for parents. Good parking. Friendly and attentive staff.

Great stop for the kids or a birthday party. We have visited many of times and enjoy being able to relax and let the kids run wild.Staff are good but young and show some inexperience when asked simple questions (mostly food related). The toilets can be hit and miss but are generally clean enough.Equipment is good and safe for all ages and i recommend trying the menu as they can cater for allergies.

Great little spot for kids of all ages to play. Typical hot food selection like hot chips, coffee machine and lots of ample seating available. If you forget to wear socks, next door is a huge varity store where you can buy a pair.

Had a great experience, staff was very great to deal with and always with a smile. kids loved the play areas well. wasn't packed to the rafters like some other places which was a bonus. allowed us less stress and easy to keep an eye on the little ones.

It's starting to become run down, alot of the items are no longer working unfortunately. However overall it is still pretty fun. Plenty of space for larger families / groups. It's pretty well manned also, staff continually check play areas.Food is child friendly, but can be slow to come out.Entry fee is just over $12 (from 12mths) and upwards dependent on age.

Party package is a rip off. The experience is rushed and Charlie the chipmunk didn’t even stay long enough to get a photo with the birthday boy. Been back several other times and venue is almost always dusty, food takes 30+ minutes to arrive (even when there’s only a handful of other people), they get orders wrong and they aren’t friendly in the slightest. Rather travel further to go to Rabbithole from now on.Response to business- how dare you. This is precisely what I mean about terrible customer service. I have proof I paid for my son to have his birthday party, I don’t do false reviews. As per the order, 35 minutes for 3 nuggets and chips isn’t slightly late. I did not get offered a complimentary tray of chips or even an apology. That is a blatant LIE! I came and asked where the food was twice. The first time I was told it would be out in a minute - that was the wrong order which was then taken away. The second time the food was finally brought out, slammed on the table and I was told it was an issue with the docket not printing. If that’s the case, why not mention the issue when I first went to ask what was happening with the mealAgain, your response is the perfect example as to poor customer service.

This playcentre is not too bad, like most others it gets very busy during the weekends. There are only 2 Party rooms and hardly no place to sit on the tables. Cafe is great with some good variety of food. Overall, not too bad!!

Lovely place for kids to play and have fun. Highly recommend this play center
