Came in to look at your helmets you have advertised online, totally disappointed at what you had in stock. Wasted over 2 hours of my day today travelling, not to mention fuel.

Pretty poor service to sell gift cards online yet not accept usage of said gift card online. Once I was able to get down to a store, after half an hour of waiting I was able to place an order for the boots I was after. Staff were friendly, but in no rush.

Went into the store on Sunday not really knowing what we needed or what to look for. Had the most amazing experience with a staff member who took the time to understand our requirements and helped out as numerous helmets were tried on both children. Her knowledge and patience were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first ever helmet/goggles/neck brace purchases. We will absolutely travel the 4 hour round trip to visit the store any time we need clothing or safety wear.

Great new store, great range of products and terrible customer service.I've been to the store twice in the last month.First time to pick up a set of tyres bought on line (click and collect). The store was packed when I walked in to pick up the order (Xmas sales time), however 4-5 staff members were standing behind the counter having a casual conversation, ignoring people in the store and at the counter until their conversation came to a natural stopping point.Second time, walked into the store, was greeted by the security guard and not a soul in sight. Walked around the store until I found what I was looking for, walked up to an unattended counter to pay for the items, looked around and spotted 2 staff members in the corner room playing with their phones, completely oblivious to what's happening in the store. It wasn't until the security guard called them over the radio that they came over to the counter.I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Lots of products, easy to navigate and helpful staff.Wish the jackets were somewhat more organised/labelled better.

I've spent a lot of dollars here and been completely happy with my purchases.The staff are great & nothing is a problem.They have a great website as well so you can locate and size before you go in...

It became a very chilly night, but it was great to see so many bikes and like-minded people. Staff were nice and very helpful.
