Another kogan customer here. My faulty product had to be sent to marks for repair. The product was returned to me unrepaired. I informed kogan and they replied I am very sorry to hear your unit has developed another issue since the previous repair." Funny thing is the unit hasn't even been opened. All the tamper stickers are intact these stickers are worn they are the originals..."

Staff friendly at the beginning, but don't keep you updated, don't send emails (important ones like quotes, and when they do send quotes theres no info or way to pay without having to call up AGAIN). 'I promise to call you back' is not something you should believe.Disappointed that phone was returned to me with cracked back glass - I firmly believe this should have been fixed, or that they could have clarified before taking my money.

Here you go: Terrible communication, not customer focused, don't follow up on things, ignore emails, avoident, blame others, don't take ownership, and so much more... Very frustrating to deal with..

Had problem finding parts for a portable air conditioner ...Peter Chryssikos, Spare Parts Administrator at Marks Electronic in Ravenhall dealt with the who problem quickly and effectively and did it in a friendly, no-trouble, easy-going but engaged way. Highy appreciated.

Sent my phone in to be repaired through insurance for that. TWO MONTHS later I get my phone back and they only repaired half of it... I clearly stated that both screens were damaged, so they fix one... it took two months! Would not use this company for anything. Customer service fed me full of lies when I called in asking how much longer. They stated they were waiting for parts, however the parts did not get ordered for another two weeks. Terrible, terrible company. Don't bother!!****edit**** I phoned them the day I got my phone back, which was not fixed as mentioned. I was assured that another claim would be put in to the insurance company. A week later and surprise surprise I have not heard anything. Despite the owners reply, I often give great reviews and do not go out of my way to give terrible reviews, however this place has made failure after failure after failure. I'm sure if they looked a little harder my name could quite easily be found as I am not a fake reviewer. I am a genuine dissatisfied customer whom they have made no attempt to change that!

No great service, said the micro wave would be a week, and i had to call them after two weeks. They couldn't explain why it took so long. Would recommend any sharp products or Marks for customer service. They fixed microwave ok
