I find Ozzie and team spotless with their service. Second year I service my Outlander with then and no issues at all.Ozzie and Musti are both very friendly and professional. They both provided good advice on what needed to be done with the car.Cost wise, the service was much competitive than going to Mitsubishi and closer to home.Recommend it!

Pictures: What WOULD have happened tommorow if I didn't see Ultra Tune Mentone today.Booked my car in this morning because of a creaking front suspension. It could have been a myriad of components causing it.Ozzy from Ultra Tune Mentone quickly pinpointed the fault and then worked with me on finding the best solution for my situation. This sets his business apart from most big chain mechanics.As always, he finished the job on short notice and in a timely manner.This review and the dozens of others here are testaments to his vast automotive experience and customer service quality.

Not a usual customer as a cyclist, but after having walked 1.9km today in bare feet due to a flat and hoping to use the petrol stations air-pump (that didn't exist) a gentleman at Ultratune assisted with a quick blast of air into my tube to an incredibly grateful me. Will be bringing my car in to repay the assist when it next needs something.Very much appreciate the old school help that seems to be almost non existent in today's world.I imagine if they are this kind and helpful for a non paying, non driving customer, it's a place you can trust your car with.Cheers again Ultra Tune!!

For my very first time in bringing my car in with a few worrying noises, it was refreshing to be greeted with a pleasant & more than happy attitude to want to fix my car. Within a couple of hours I was called with the outcome of what needed doing with great assurance that it would all be fixed shortly & ready for pick up. And true to John's word it was done as promised. It was such a great experience & I would highly recommend anyone to Ozzy & John. Thanks guys!!!

My car broke down and had to be towed on Saturday morning. I frantically called and Ozzie was very calm, professional and reassuring. On Monday morning he called me explaining what needed to be done, all the costs involved and a time frame for repairs. I had my car back on the road same day, running better than ever. Great job and great communication. Highly recommend
