5 star for Jack, very friendly and professional. Best massage I have had in Sydney so far. If you want real Chinese massage experice, go see Jack. Feeling so much relaxed after the massage.

A bit disappointing. Value has gone down. They dotn really listen anymore to what you want, try to rush you in and choose dependent on time. I asked for an hour on upper body, they did full body, can be hard to say when they start as they obviously have a process when doing whole body.Also, they finished 5 minutes early. 60 minutes is 60 minutes, not 55, even with Gray area of getting changed, 60 minutes should be 60 minutes of massage.The therapist wasn't really that great. I used to love this place but just another average massage shop now.Also even though they accept card, they really pressure to get cash out. It's not convenient when you don't handle cash much.

Very bad service. Bad technique. No communication. Not experience. No English. Receptionist didn't not listen to my complaint instead just trying to reason their way out. Will not recommend. Wil not go back ever again.

Be very careful with leaving your details with these people. They're very bad service and when I went back and left a feedback for their own improvement, she calls my mobile number an hour later and starts blaming me. I am very disappointed at what the receptionist did for her own pleasure.

Far the worst experience in my life.Very unprofessional skills but more than that awful service. The room is just separated by thin curtain and masseur kept coming in and out every time someone come to the reception. Once she left the curtain half open and people at the reception could literally see me half naked. Stuffs were talking the whole time and was not relaxing at all.

The staff in this shop was incredibly rude and assaulting. In the late of 2019, I bought a voucher from this shop worth around $200, and with 2020 new birth from me and the lockdowns, I haven’t been to this store, and last week I passed by this store and remembered this voucher and try to use it, this store just denied what I paid for.this guy in blue shirt, was very rude and aggressive, When I tried to film what happened and his inappropriate language and this guy suddenly ran to me, pushed me and tried to attack me. The manager refused to gave out the film of the security camera and also refused to apologize.

I wish i read the reviews before going. I too booked a remedial massage & didnt get one. The massage was terrible - it went from bad to worse very quickly. The massage was very soft to so hard it was painful throughout - never in between. The masseur (for want of a better word) kept digging her sharp nails into me which agn was painful and massaged one side completely different to the other. She kept interrupting by telling me she didnt know the time even though there was a clock on the shelf & one under the table. I was extremely uncomfortable with her comments and it esp took a weird turn when she started talking jibberish to herself in a baby voice. By far the worst and weirdest massage ever! Like I said to the guy in front, I def will not be returning

One of the best massages I've ever had. Authentic Chinese massage experience. Jesse was professional and thorough; he felt my problem areas and worked at them diligently. Ignore the old reviews when old management were in charge. Staff are friendly, helpful and proficient. I brought my mother here and they took excellent care of her, she asked to go back and I will definitely oblige. Thank you!

I was on the hunt for a cheap remedial massage place that would also allow me claim on my health fund via HICAPS. Massage Haven ticked all the boxes. I chose their mid week special - 60 min remedial massage for $70 (also available: 40 mins for $50). The massage was firm and effective. I was also seen straight away. I thought I’d mention the women both in front of and behind me seemed very happy with their service too. Considering this is half the price I pay for a massage in the CBD, I can’t find a single fault. Just know you’re getting a no-frills, good value massage and you’ll walk out feeling good. Enjoyed a very firm 30 minute remedial massage for $40 (before my HICAPS claim discount). Would visit again. Thanks Massage Haven :-)

Worst place to get massage! Such a bad practice. Went there for neck and shoulder massage but the lady massage my leg and feet instead of my shoulder. Very dodgy receptionist too. Beware!
