Do yourself a favour and go and see Lucy at Recharge Physio. She's amazing at her job, really understands your body and will give you a range of different treatment options to consider. Her dry needling and massage has worked wonders on my chronic neck pain/migraines. Not only is she great at her job but she's a lovely person who takes a real interest in her clients. Thanks for everything Lucy!!!

Lucy has been my physio for a few years now, and I've recently started regular pilates classes with her at Recharge. She's been so great, really personable and friendly, and committed to helping me get healthier and stronger. It's hard to find a good physio, so I followed her when she opened her own clinic!
