Went there for dinner, around 5:30-6 and music was far to loud, we were yelling to talk to each other, McDonald’s is a family restaurant not a disco party, have music on but it’s used for background noise not party noise. No wonder you get more drive thru customers than dinning in.Trying another store next time definitely not this one.

Ordered 2 toasted ham and cheese, only 1 itemised on the receipt had to tell them we asked for 2 and they came out not toasted. Ordered medium hot chocolate got a capacinno.Staff need to listen and pay attention to what is being ordered and read back. Poor customer service

Burger was put together very badly and Milk shake machine was only great if you like vanilla so my chocolate shake was vanilla, Staff were Great, and fixed it, however were a bit absent when i went to counter initially like no-one was anywhere to be seen... However I did like the Customer service once everyone had returned. so Staff need to man front end at all times, and Clean the Tables as we had to change to find a cleaner one, and training required on how to neatly put a burger together.So I am being really kind as this could have easily been a 1 star

I was there last Saturday afternoon and ordered a double big mac and I got a base instead of the sesame seed bun on top. I went to the counter and asked for a fresh one and I waited 10 minutes and the front counter floor was disgusting with all the rubbish and there was no attempt from the managers to get it cleaned up at all. I will never order from there ever again.

Hands down worst maccas ever. Wrong orders, waiting forever in drive through parking bays and have twice been shortchanged $10 in drive through,went back and told them the 2nd time and was made to wait in parking bay for 10 mins while they done a balance. Got my ten bucks back but will check change properly from now on.

I have lived around the corner from this Maccas for over 2 years now. I have yet to have a correct order or even be able to get my order from the window.On one occasion I waited 12 minutes outside before out food was brought and the chips were still cold.Yesterday I waited 9 minutes for the wrong order.This Team appears not to care too much as I've complained and they give no real answer from Dead Eyes that are uninterested.Seriously the worst Maccas in Geelong hands down.Will not attend this one again, ever.

2.30 pm friday 21th manager very rude and aggresive told us to go to kfc if we didnt like what she was telling us after asking het a simple question.. Lady should not be in customer service.

Very well laid out, fast service, good atmosphere. This is 1 of the best Maccas we've been to in years. Not only was the order quick and hot, there were excellent seating options. We unfortunately live a long way from here for regular visits as it would likely be our favourite.

We stopped in for breakfast after departing from the Spirit of Tasmania on 18/2/23 and were so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the toilets. This store also had table service as an option which is a rarity in McDonalds stores since Covid. The young man who served us with our meal at the table was also very polite even as far as the neat presentation of the food on the tray. All round an exceptional experience. We have never reviewed a McDonalds store before but felt that this store is worth a special mention.
