Very friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The door was locked on my arrival and it initially confused me - I thought I had the wrong entrance or even the wrong appointment time, as I couldn’t even get through on the phone. A sign on the door and/or a voicemail message indicating the surgery is currently unstaffed due to lunch break and for patients to wait, would help avoid confusion. But my experience once I was in was excellent! I will return in 12 months time for my follow up.

My husband and I see Dr Sarah Sun for our annual skin checks. She is absolutely lovely and extremely thorough. She actions anything of concern swiftly and communicates clearly anything we need to monitor ourselves until our next check up. We feel in very safe hands and will continue to Dr Sun in the future. Highly recommended

Highly recommend for a professional, quick, and reassuring skin check! Would never go elsewhere - after shopping around in Melbourne and trying a few places, this is by far the most pleasant and professional. And very reasonably priced, all pricing was well explained prior to consultation, at time of booking.

Highly recommend! Reception was wonderful, my wait time was minimal (both for booking my appointment, and the wait time in the office). Dr. Sun is amazing; very thoughtful and thorough. I had a very good experience!

Always a little anxiety when going for a skin check but here it all went seamless. From the receptionist, to the Doctor all went well and was reassuring. The doctor was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the various procedures and was professional. The bill was most reasonable and the offer of future reminders was a great finish.I would recommend the Clinic to others.
