I cannot sing these guys praises highly enough! I had my blinds installed 5 years ago and Naomi and Steve were extremely helpful and professional. I had quotes from a number of other companies including Luxaflex and Curtain Gallery was amazing value for much higher quality and choice. We have electric outdoor blinds and indoor battery powered blinds and with anything like that there is the occasional blip. Steve has been out every time, no quibble to fix it, even 5 years on - I cannot think of any other company that would do that! I am so happy i went with the Curtain Gallery and have recommended them to everyone i know. Keep up the amazing service guys I hope it really pays off for you as it is such a rarity these days.

This is a belated review which I have dwelt on for some time but have decided to tell of our experience. Note that we built anew home and wanted blinds, Shutters and curtains quoted. This experience is around 12 months ago. The curtains are linen shears. During the measure up stage we had Rachel who was lovely but when the rads for curtains were being installed there was an issue with the measurement and we had a young Asian guy who was new at the job. He had to go back to the company. Then someone left their employment and we were then dealing with the owner’s husband (Steve I think was his name) whom we found not easy to communicate with. The sheer folds were supposed to open at a doorway but were at least a meter past the opening. Rachel who measured them was called out by him as he more or less implied it was our issue.He returned to get the curtains to rectify and walked into our home and never spoke to us, just took them and no hello or goodbye, so rude. Then the shutters that were on our front family room facing road arrived and were about 300mm short so gap at the top.New ones had to be ordered. Then we have wood look Venetian blinds in theatre room, they are not a good option. They don’t sit right and if slats are down can see light through them, Steve the boss’s husband said to have the slats upwards, it’s darker but not a good look. Rachel came out to see these but nothing was done. Rachel and Stephanie at shop were very good but the problems we had were off putting and the owners husband has no people skills to be dealing with the public. I rate them because of this quite low.

The best to go for! They are very organized and helpful. We have several quotes from other places but no one topped their service and prices. The whole experience was amazing and they are very understanding to any change we want. I would like to thank Steph also for all the communication and effort.Highly recommended.
