These guys are amazing! They don't overcharge or do things that are not needed and their prices are very reasonable. They have helped me out with many of my bike related issues and not once have they made me feel silly, no request is too small for these guys. Amazing

Brilliant service from Nathan & his team, always friendly and helpful, from buying my mountain bike to servicing my kids race bmx's, there is no problem too small that he is not able to help or advise on, the only bike shop I am willing to use and trust my bikes with.

The crew at Tailwind have helped me a few times with tubeless tyre installs with quick turnaround. Have snagged some great clothing there too. They know their stuff and great to have a LBS servicing OHH and surrounds. Keep it up.

Good, prompt, honest service. Not afraid of a challenge and did I say honest?Took on the challenge of an over powered ebike with drive train issues and resolved it amazingly!My first visit was an emergency flat tire and they fixed it on the spot and didn't charge any extra.

Nathan at Tailwind is a top bloke. Helpful and never pushing you into anything more the you need. A good range of bikes and accessories on hand at all times. I've been a customer of Tailwind for over 12 years. My number one bike store.

Very friendly people to deal with, Nathan has helped out a few times and prices very very fairly and has a wealth of knowledge. He gives great advice as opposed to selling you something with the $$$$ value in mind... Good to see businesses like this still exist. Thank you
