If you are reading this comment, then DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER!!! There discussion group in Facebook is run by them, they delete any negative comments and then block you!!! Do not get fooled by them!!! Poor quality, building can take upto 16-20 months!!! All their negative reviews are 100% correct! Despite There rigorous quality checks ,100’s of defects are found. They agree to repair them but that causes extensive delays resulting in further delay costing you immense dollars in mortgage repayments!!! You will never get the house as per the agreed timeframe! Do not come in their trap that they are not a volume builder as they are even worst!!! Take your money and run! Need proof?? Get in touch with me and I have it all!

Extremely disappointed. Our contract began on the 31/3/22 it clearly states that they had 300 days to complete the job, including public holidays, wet weather etc. It is now the 13/4/23 so they are over their contract dates and owe us money for so far, a minimum of 70 days. Which we haven’t seen a cent of.Let’s paint the picture from the middle of the build. We received an email at 5:00pm on a Friday that we owed $6,468 for things that they had missed in our contract. No phone call to explain the situation or follow up message to explain what had happened. Instead the email was followed up with payment needed in 7 days or else construction will be placed on hold. I don’t know about you but for a young couple saving for their first home and dream wedding we didn’t want to part with $6,468 without some form of explanation or communication. My partner left a review about this when it happened and he was contacted from the office and asked to remove it.Fast forward to the last 6 months and believe me when I tell you absolutely nothing, except a driveway has been completed. Back in October 2022 we noticed an error in our mortar work. It was a different colour throughout (please see the attached pic) Granvue refused to acknowledge the issue, expecting us as first time home buyers to accept it and move on. When they realised the issue and our concerns weren’t going away they were pressing for us to spray the house, which we were strongly against. They came to the party and agreed to render it after 4 months but it’s April 2023 and they only started the base last week.We receive fortnightly updates from Granvue, stipulating everything that has been completed and I kid you not, nothing has been fixed since November. Every week it says completing PCR items and that is it. Sometimes they say they’ve completed things and my partner and I head up on the weekend and it hasn’t been done.I’d also just like to add, we’ve been waiting for a cracked ceiling to be fixed and when my partner was pushing Matt in April about why it hadn’t been fixed when he mentioned it in January Matt’s response was “this is how we build our homes”Our home that they originally told us we’d be in by October is still just sitting there. They then told us before Christmas and now early 2023. This isn’t good enough!!! I am currently on leave to settle down and move in as Matt told us we would be in by now and we still have no finish date? This review might not be going anywhere, but it might be the only way we can get the companies attention because they are not answering phone calls, emails or even sending fortnightly updates anymore, probably because there’s nothing to update us on. This company is clearly hoping we get fed up and just move in but we’ve paid a lot of money to build this home so we are certainly not going to get pushed around. Not good enough!

We recently built our home with Granvue Homes and even though it wasn't perfect, we can't fault it much either. Every single fault that we picked up after moving in has been fixed pretty quickly and the house looks great. Would definitely recommend Granvue Homes to everyone especially for people who are looking to build at an affordable price. The only improvement needed is in the flexibility of communication & handover timeline - especially for people who live interstate.

Completed a build with Granvue late last year and the build was great. Some issues at the initial stage with a mis-quote from the sales rep and unrealistic build start timeline provided which was frustrating, however once we moved past this stage everything else went quite smoothly and any small issues with the build were rectified quickly. we have since had our 3 month follow follow up maintenance and they have fixed all other small issues we found after handover promptly. Would recommend them for a new build

Wow. There is zero customer service at the joint. You would think with a promotion that’s been running since February for the first 50 customer still running their customer service would be top notch, because clearly no one is building with them. Not sure how they are still in business. We were warned about this builder, but thought would give them a go at getting a quote for a double story home. Not only were they the most expensive builder, their customer service has nothing to show for it. If they expect people to pay to dollar, you would think their service would be up there. They don’t even feature on the HIA top 20.

Being first time owner it was really challenging job to find the right builders but we are glad that we made the right choice by selecting Granvue Homes. The whole construction process was made very easy by the friendly staff. I was amazed by looking at their standard inclusions which other builders were offering as upgrade. The whole construction was completed in five months and it’s been three months since we moved, no issues with the house.Highly recommended.

I do not recommend Granvue at all. Although the sales experience was quite good, from the point of signing the papers it was nothing but stressful. We were made to feel like Granvue were doing us a favor by building our house. You get zero contact with your site supervisor, everything has to be emailed to your building co-ordinator, this becomes really frustrating when trying to get answers. They will also give you no approximate time frames. The easiest way to convey just how terrible our build was is to put it in point form as follows:Granvue lie to try and trick you into do/not doing something(eg. they said they couldn’t do the facade as advertised due to engineering, they ended up doing it how it was advised after we questioned how it was engineeringly impossible to an eve overhang)Did site cut without protection works for neighboring property. Had to argue and threaten to go to the RBA for them to actually put in the required retaining wall.Given fortnightly email updates of progress which most of the time were inaccurate.Went through 4 co ordinators and 2 site supervisors through our build. At the beginning of the build I was emailing a co ordinator trying to get answers that had left and was not told they were no longer employed.Had to redo the driveway after it not being compliant with our estate, on the redo someone walked through it... ended up get it credited as they couldn’t organize for a third pour without delaying our handover. At hand over, our split system was not installed, or our feature light. This had to be organized after. Most of the defects we picked were not completed by handover, some were done in the weeks that followed some just never got done. Our oven was installed faulty, we couldn’t use it for a month. Our site supervisors did a good job with the quality of the structure but dealing with Granvue as a company was terrible.

As someone who needs to know everything and compared a lot of homes, before I committed, Granvue Homes was hands down the best priced and valued home I found. Not only was my home finished well ahead of schedule, they also held my hand the entire journey. My children and I absolutely love our new home. Could not be happier, well done Granvue Homes. Keep up the fantastic work. 10/10!

Wouldn’t build with them ever again. Unreliable building supervisor who has gone back on his word multiple times and in the last 4 months we’ve been at the finishing touches stage and those same items haven’t been fixed.
