The young men who did the actual installation were friendly and knowledgeable. They left the worksite clean. I have faith in the company to follow up with any issues should I have them. The crew from Velocity Solar were punctual, respectful and happy to answer any questions I had.The old solar panels were removed from the roof and taken away, then the new system was installed, the whole process took 3 days from start to finish.The crew tested the solar array to make sure everything was working.After the solar array was inspected and turned on, it has worked perfectly and provides 100% of power to the house, day and night.I fully recommend Velocity Solar.

Our solar panels and battery system was installed three weeks ago. Everything is working perfectly.I'm not surprised. The workmanship, attention to detail and teamwork displayed by the crew was impressive. They took great care while working inside and outside our home and cleaned up as they went. When they left, you wouldn't have known, they had been working here for two days. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering solar installation.

David our Sales Consultant was extremely thorough and geniunely took his time to ensure we were provided with all the necessary info applicable to our needs. This a great team. Luke provided great support through the sales process and was very accommodating to my particular needs and expectations with our new build. The support staff were always keeping us in the loop with lead times and progress. Then the lads installing on site were also professional, good to deal with, left no mess and did a very tidy job.
