I was in hospital when my phone died so I was unable to get to the store.I rang the store & ordered a new phone.Tegan had it all sorted & ready for my husband to collect.I've used the Warragul store for quite some time & the staff never disappoint.Thanks for excellent service yet again

I’ll be canceling my plan. I’ve been a customer of Optus since I was 15 years old.Not only has all my personal information been released but my plan Magically increased by $10 per month without any notice!Good luck keeping this business afloat!
