Alex Phillis is a gentleman and the ultimate professional when it comes to luxury real estate on the Gold Coast. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex and his team on behalf of the tenants of a ‘luxe’ rental property that Alex was selling. Alex was always able to accommodate to our needs and provided advice and reassurance throughout the process. After dealing with several agencies in the Sanctuary Cove and surrounding area I can say that Phillis Real Estate is by far the most respectable and professional agency.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. He played the very difficult role of being an honest broker between the seller (his client) and the buyer. He worked very hard to negotiate a good deal and he continued to communicate very promptly and professionally through all of the many twists and turns that follow like, building inspections and the like. He worked all hours, Sundays and Public Holidays without any complaint and kept all negotiations and inspections on a happy and friendly basis. Alex is a rare gem in the real estate industry.

It was such a pleasure dealing with James. He was communicative, informative, and he really went above and beyond in helping us secure our apartment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Phillis Real Estate as a whole.

We were not very impressed with Adam's professionalism. We were interested in a property and contacted Adam for a viewing. He informed us that one had been setup for the following Tue. Two days later, the property went under offer. He knew we were interested, had our contact details but did not bother to follow up. We tried to call him but he simply ignored our calls. What he does not know is that our offer was $30k more than it sold for (seller lost out!).Totally understand the current environment is a sellers market but you need to remember that the tides will change. As an owner of several properties, you will never sell one of them in the future.

Zack was very patient while we researched the area, showing us many different styles of homes before we actually bought the first place we inspected. Absolutely, the best RE Agency on the Gold Coast. Alex and Kevin sold my property recently, and to be honest, they are the most hard working duo. They spent many late nights and days off Marketing and showing my property to potential buyers. Each time, there was always a follow up and a debrief. Something other Agents Simply don’t do often enough, (my property was on the Market with another Agent previously with little to no action at all). Alex will tell you it’s a family run business from the get go, but honestly, (all the agents under his umbrella) genuinely concern themselves and work together to get you the result you want in the end.
