The staff at Habitat know my dog Eli and know that he is a very fussy eater. I have tried many different brands and they provided us with samples to take home to try. The customer service is excellent along with the best support from all the staff. I've shopped at Habitat previously and they have maintained this level of customer service. Their products (mats, bedding and other) are of a high quality and the range is extensive. The advice has been extremely good for our situation and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks for helping me out with the samples.

This is the trusted place to get our prep gear before getting our GSD Puppy, bought all the supplies here and even her toys and treats. Habitat offers lower price compared to Petstock or Petbarn and the staff are very friendly. I think by now they already know my excited girl, Luna (:We also took her grooming with Emily on the second floor since she was a young puppy, Emily has known her for a while and understand her behaviour when it comes to grooming. Although Luna can be a handful sometimes, Emily has always been patient and professional. Thank you Habitat team for providing such good experience for the owners and animals (:

One of the friendliest pets stores. With more competitive prices...than that 'yellow' store. Hard to walk out with only one item...so good!

Love the variety of dog toys, especially interactive toys for busy dogs. Great supply of collars and leads too, also the most doggy clothing ive seen in Melbourne. I tend to find items such as a walking pouce with water bottle holder only here. They have snufflemats, chuckit toys, eco friendly toys, touch chewer toys and soft plush ones too. The staff are also super friendly and gave me a box for all the items i bought to make carrying to my car easy. Pricing is similar to other pet store and i prefer getting exactly what i want instead of settling for something else. There is only a few parking spots but ive never had an issue finding a spot. I always leave satisfied with my decision to get my pet supplies here.

If you have a pet go here, prices are properly the same as others on not cheaper unless on discount but they a some other ranges I haven't seen

Habitat is a great place for pet supplies. Our dog loves the store. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly. They spend time with you and your pet to ensure that you get the right stuff.There is a dog washing area outside the store which is operated by coins. This is really useful for DIY.
